PeaceMeals Series

Learn how to truly nourish yourself with nutrition, cooking, and self-care skills by attending a progressive series of PeaceMeals with a small group (6-12 people). Topics may include:

  • Intro to “Foods for your Mood,” goal-setting and skills

  • Stress & Anxiety

  • The Blues

  • Energizing Foods

  • Mental Clarity

Each meal in this series includes:

  • All ingredients for 3-4 recipes
  • An ever-growing collection of printed recipes
  • Take-home goodies
  • Hands-on cooking instruction
  • Informational training material about skills and self-care, and
  • Access to PeaceMeals discussion forums in order to carry on the conversation.

PeaceMeals for Nonprofits

PeaceMeals is a social enterprise.

PeaceMeals partners with non-profit organizations that have “healing missions” to offer PeaceMeals for those who couldn’t otherwise afford it. Examples may include support groups, after-school programs, refugee services, veterans centers, and others. The nonprofit must provide cooking and dining space. Meals are tailored to specific audiences and can include training on any of the Series topics.

  • Take-home goodies
  • Hands-on cooking instruction
  • Informational training material about skills and self-care, and
  • Access to PeaceMeals discussion forums in order to carry on the conversation.

Individual Classes

Are you interested in getting a taste of PeaceMeals? Or do you think PeaceMeals could benefit your office, classroom, support group, yoga studio, or elsewhere?

PeaceMeals offers one-off classes, tailored for your group.

Curriculum & Recipe Development

PeaceMeals offers consulting services to tailor curriculum or recipe development for various needs.
